Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

ThreadLook (“we”, “us”) operates threadlook.com, a free tool for viewing public Threads profiles. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the site and how advertising and cookies work.

Information we collect

ThreadLook has no accounts and no login. We do not ask you for personal information, and we do not sell personal information.

Cookies and advertising

We show ads through the Adsterra advertising network. Adsterra and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including based on your prior visits to this and other websites. See Adsterra’s privacy policy for details on how they process data.

We may also show ads through Google AdSense. When AdSense is active, Google and its partners use cookies to serve and measure ads in the same way.

For more detail on Google services used on this site, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where traffic comes from — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data on our behalf; we do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent management platform to ask for your consent before non-essential cookies (including personalized advertising cookies) are used. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the consent options on the site.

Public Threads data

ThreadLook displays only information that is already publicly available on Threads. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. “Threads” is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. If you are a Threads user and prefer your information not be visible through third-party views, manage your privacy settings on Threads itself.

Children’s privacy

ThreadLook is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we do not maintain user accounts, the main controls available to you are your cookie/consent settings (above) and Google’s ad-personalization controls. To make a request, contact us at [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
