The house of Dior is deeply saddened by the death of Bernadette Chirac. A remarkable woman, she was also a great friend of our House. In 1995, she chose to give Dior the opportunity of presenting Diana, Princess of Wales with a handbag as a gift. From this gesture, the iconic Lady Dior was born.
