The reason I love @veefriends is cause it's bigger than just collectibles, this characters have meaning. My friends, don't get confused, being the bigger person always works, and I get it, for someone to be the light in the face of darkness it requires strength, compassion, sympathy, choosing kindness, it's not easy but is the fucking ultimate leverage and the zone you should dream to be in.

When times are tough, the only countermove is to go all-in on empathy, compassion, and love.

Who are the best managers? I believe all the best managers are actually mentors. Most new managers think that becoming a manager is the “graduation.” Truth is, it’s the reverse. When you go from being someone who “executes” to someone who’s managing a team, you go from trading on IQ to trading on EQ. You go from doing the actual work to listening to employees, catering to what they want, taking blame, and being the bigger person. Remember, leaders work for their employees.
