Post shit. Talk to the world. Don't overthink it. Friends... it's not about your first post, or your third post, or your 90th post. It's about posting every day until the content that works works, and then you double down on it, while still trying new, creative things. And you keep improving and getting better. It's a forever game. Just try, just DO.

Relationships matter so much, but don't think you need to become extroverted or change your personality to build those relationships 😉

Some ideas on networking and meeting people when you're introverted: 1. Go to "long tail" or "niche" events - you'll have more context on attendees and might feel safer with them which would give you more air cover to start conversations. 2. Do homework on people a few years older than you in your town in your field and hit them up. 3. Create safe spaces to meet people - whether that's a dinner at your place, one on one conversations with people you hit up in advance, or anything else.

people and relationships are the ultimate ROI. If you’re early in your career, hit up people from different parts of your company and get to know them - it’ll make a BIG difference down the road 🙂

versus a defensive one; proactive versus reactive by implementing a tactic I call "surprise and delight" - it's a way to light up a customer’s day without asking for anything.

Years ago, anyone who had a poor experience would tell their closest friends or neighbors and that was the extent of their reach, but today ... With the reach of social media, customer reviews, etc., there’s just so much scale at our disposal. Whether it’s a great experience or a poor one, the customer has way more power to tell the masses their thoughts and it’s time for businesses to grasp that. I believe it’s incredibly important to start treating customer engagement as an offensive move
