A friendship that came into your life when you needed it most. A friend who helped you through an unimaginable loss, illness or life-changing moment. An unexpected friendship between two people who never thought they’d have anything in common. Friends separated by decades or distance who found their way back to each other.

Do you have a mid-life yearning for something more? Around age 45 something hits. Often people come to realize they are no longer fulfilled with the life they’ve built. For some women this feeling comes after years of juggling career pressures, motherhood, caregiving and chronic burnout and say to themselves “it’s my turn now.” From the outside things may look fine, but inside, you know something needs to change. Sometimes an inventive ’third act’ of life is exactly what you need.
