@garyvee Two things matter at once: putting your people in position to succeed AND creating paths to stretch them. When I give new employees new tasks, I don't necessarily need them to be great at them. I want to create opportunities for them for career growth AND get context on their ability. But they don't lose when they fail at new tasks. Sometimes, I'll go back to the same person and give them a second, third or even fourth bite at that apple...Employees, a great boss should be OK if you fail at
